Each completed purchase grants the named customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for personal purposes.
You may
Download and store the files on your own devices; make reasonable personal backup copies; display or print the collectible cards for your own collection; and annotate or print the companion PDF tools for your personal automotive use.
You may not
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload, share publicly, give access to another person, remove ownership notices, use the files as a template for a competing product, or reproduce them for commercial use without our prior written permission.
Ownership
The purchase transfers a right to use the files, not ownership of the copyright or brand.
Dominik Truck s. r. o. and its licensors retain all applicable intellectual-property rights in the content, layout and CarStyle identity.
Updates and technical changes
Your purchase covers the edition described on the product page at the time of order.
We may correct errors or replace a file with a functionally equivalent version. Future editions or additional products are not included unless expressly stated.
Practical-use disclaimer
The vehicles, performance values and stories shown in the collectible series are original fictional creative works for entertainment and collecting.
They are not manufacturer specifications, purchasing advice or representations of road-legal vehicles.
Licence breach
A material breach may end this licence. Ending the licence does not remove rights or remedies already available to either party, and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
