Terms & conditions.

These terms govern purchases from CarStyle, operated by Dominik Truck s. r. o., IČO 55174116, whose registered office is Senný trh 3116/7, 945 01 Komárno. Contact: contact@carstyleshop.com .

1. The products

We sell standalone digital automotive collector packs containing image cards, matching PDF libraries and supporting files.

Product pages state the bundle size, price, file format and main characteristics.

No physical product, NFT, financial asset, competition entry, prize entitlement or recurring subscription is included unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Your order

You can review and correct your cart and customer details before payment. Clicking the payment button is an offer to buy.

A binding contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept the order by displaying or sending confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected or supply would be unlawful.

Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and the total is shown before payment.

Payment methods are supplied by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store complete card details.

Taxes are included or applied as required by the information available to us and applicable law.

4. Immediate digital supply

At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate supply after payment and acknowledge that your applicable cancellation right for digital content may be lost once supply begins.

That request forms part of the contract and may be confirmed in a durable form by email.

5. Delivery and access

Delivery is governed by our digital delivery policy .

Keep your order reference and download links secure. You are responsible for providing a working email address and compatible software.

6. Licence

Use of the files is governed by the digital product licence .

The content is licensed for personal use and is not sold with redistribution or commercial reproduction rights.

7. Consumer remedies

Digital content must match its description and meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

Our refund and cancellation policy explains how to report a problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass download controls, interfere with the store, use stolen payment credentials, introduce malicious code or use the products in a way that infringes another person's rights.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to mandatory legal protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

The automotive worksheets and supporting materials do not replace professional advice.

10. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and restore access.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Privacy

We use personal information as described in our privacy policy .

Transactional messages needed to fulfil and support an order are not marketing messages.

12. Changes and severability

The version accepted at checkout governs that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
