Refunds & cancellations.

This policy applies to digital products sold by Dominik Truck s. r. o. through CarStyle. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Change of mind

Consumers may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. For immediately supplied digital content, that right is lost once supply begins if you expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that consequence.

We collect that request and acknowledgement at checkout and include it in the order confirmation.

Before download access begins

If payment has completed but digital access has not yet begun, contact us immediately.

Where a statutory cancellation right remains available, we will process the cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content

Your rights are different where content is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed.

Tell us what happened and include the order reference, device and any error message.

We may first provide a corrected file, replacement link or other appropriate remedy. Where the law requires it, a price reduction or refund will be provided.

Duplicate payments and unauthorised purchases

Report a suspected duplicate charge or unauthorised purchase promptly. We will compare the order and payment records and respond after verification.

This does not affect your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider.

How to request help

Email contact@carstyleshop.com with your name, order reference and a clear description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banking times are controlled by the payment provider.
