Digital delivery.
CarStyle supplies downloadable automotive collector packs and supporting digital files. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical product is shipped.
How digital delivery works
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your purchased digital content is made available electronically.
Access details may be displayed immediately after checkout, sent to the email address used for your order, or made available through your customer account where applicable.
Immediate access
At checkout, you may be asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital content after payment.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you will also be asked to acknowledge that your cancellation right for digital content may be lost once digital supply begins.
Download links
Download links and digital access provided with your order are intended only for the customer who completed the purchase.
You must not share, publish, resell or redistribute private download links or purchased files except where expressly permitted by the applicable digital product licence .
Where download links have an expiry date or download limit, those restrictions will be shown with the order or communicated to you by email.
File formats
Depending on the product purchased, your digital order may include high-resolution image files, PDF documents, ZIP archives, supporting documents or licence information.

Device and software requirements
You are responsible for using a device, internet connection and software capable of opening the supplied file formats.
ZIP files may require extraction before individual files can be opened. PDF documents require compatible PDF software or a modern web browser.
If you do not receive your order
If payment has been confirmed but you have not received your digital content, first check the spam or junk folder of the email address used at checkout.
If the content is still unavailable, contact us at contact@carstyleshop.com and include your name, order reference and the email address used for the purchase.
Incorrect or inaccessible files
If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted or the supplied content is materially different from its description, please contact us.
We may provide a replacement download link, corrected file or another appropriate remedy.
Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. See our refunds & cancellations policy for additional information.
Keep your files secure
We recommend downloading your purchased files promptly and keeping a reasonable personal backup copy.
Your order reference, account credentials and private download links should be kept secure.
